Free vitamins added to Healthy Start Program

Mothers and children are to receive free vitamins and some will also get financial help to buy milk, fruit and vegetables.

Funding for the programme has been obtained for Cumbria County Council’s Healthy Start scheme.

The free vitamins will be given out in various centres to mothers and children up to four-years-old.
